Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you are spending it in the way you would wish. I am currently going through a phase of waking up extra early and creeping downstairs so I don’t disturb Mr Beez. Look what was waiting for me in the kitchen this morning!
The plush little bee plays “Be my Baby.” Now I know this was a hit for the Ronettes in the sixties, but it also happened to be covered by my beloved Bay City Rollers in the seventies! The little bottles are Prosecco and need I say any more about what’s in the Krispy Kreme box?! Lucky, lucky me 🙂
Today I am here to share a quirky Valentine that I have made for this week’s Stampotique Designer’s Challenge, #231, “Love Is In The Air.”
I’ve used Daniel Torrente’s “Smile” stamp against a Gecko Galz image from the Between the Lines Collage sheet. I added a string to the balloons and some words from a collage sheet from Lisa’s Altered Art.
I am also sharing this over at City Crafter Challenge Blog as my second entry for their photo’ inspiration challenge.
