Sunflowers on a rainy day

As today promises to be a gloomy and rainy one, I thought would share a card that is full of sunshine:

I made this card as one of my DT projects for the current Sunshine challenge over at Crafty Boots Challenges. Β There’s still time for you to link up your projects and we’d be very happy if you buzzed on over to join us.

The fabulous sunflower paper is by Tim Coffey for K & Co. I used three sheets and cut out different sections which I then matted onto cardstock. I layered them up and added some seam binding which was dyed with distress inks.

Wishing you a lovely weekend and thanks for buzzing by.

  1. I just love this card, it oozes sunshine and happiness. Although I would be hard pressed to part with three sheets of this fabulous paper!

We could do with all of the sunshine we can get here today, it is a very miserable day.

    • Hee, hee – I needed medication after cutting into the paper!! The weather here hasn’t been as dire as was forecast, hoping it’s the same in Italy too πŸ™‚ xx

I really appreciate it when people take time to leave a comment, thank you so much for doing so :)
