More bits of green

My week started in a hectic whirl being out and about cooking in strange locations. Once again I am wearing the perfume of the moment “Eau de Chicken Biryani.” The knock on effect has been that I didn’t schedule properly my two posts for Monday and then it turns out that the post I thought I had scheduled for yesterday I hadn’t even written!! So here I am playing catch up and trying to get my brain (yes, I do have one really!) back in gear. Today feels like a day off but in reality it’s a day that I will spend working at my computer rather than being on the road!

I promised you another project that I made for the “Bits of Green” challenge over at My Artistic Adventures, so here it is:

P1100185

This originally started out as an ATC but I got carried away so turned it into a card instead! Once again I have used Heather’s Shamrock papers, the pink and green St Patrick’s Day Tickets and the St Patrick’s Day Bingo Cards.

P1100186

I layered everything up, slipping in some cream and green cardstock here and there.

P1100187

I’ve embellished my card with pink blossoms and buttons, green ribbon, white crochet lace and a sparkly green shamrock that I fashioned out of some punched hearts.

Thanks for buzzing by.

    • I appreciate you taking the time to comment when you have so much going on Ros and wish you some calmer days too!

  1. What shall I say; we are both on the same “green” way, I love your card Lisette, the little touch of pink and white creates a beautiful harmony with all that greens!

  2. Another one of those cute bingo cards and your shamrock leaves are great!

I hope Mr Beez is looking after you, too much hard word is not good for you.

I really appreciate it when people take time to leave a comment, thank you so much for doing so :)
