Easter may now just be a distant memory but I hope you’ll forgive me for buzzing in with just one last Easter card. I thought it would be OK as I actually made a pair of cards in the same style, using one as a birthday card.
The fabulous cockerel image is from the Gecko Galz Provence Garden collage set. I’ve teamed it with coordinating cardstock and a couple of tags from My Artistic Adventures Cream Shabby Chic set.
I used some garden string in the top of the tags.
I added an extra little tag, topped with punched eggs, a sentiment and Easter themed ribbon to the Easter version.
Whilst the birthday version was finished with some gorgeous chestnut coloured gingham ribbon.
I love it when you can create two similar cards in one sitting, especially as these were both created with men in mind as that is always a tricky job.
Thanks for buzzing by.
Fabulous cards my dear. That cockerel image is gorgeous and makes both a great Easter card and fab Easter card. Also loving all the little eggs and the ribbon.

Thank you. Glad I rediscovered that ribbon as I have had it for years! xx
I did of course mean to type Easter card and birthday card, opps!
🙂
I didn’t get around to posting some of my Easter cards … It kinda came and went so quickly! This is lovely … I love the way you used those tags!
I thought the same – I think it was so close to the beginning of April this year!
