Beach love

Good Morning! I’m happy to be joining you today from the south coast of Devon. As you know, my friend got married here on Saturday and Mr Beez and myself have stayed on for a couple of extra days. Appropriately, I have a seaside themed card to share with you today:

We have reached the halfway point of our summertime challenge over at Crafty Boots and this is one of my DT samples that I am sharing there today. Do go an check out what the rest of the DT, including our guest designers, have been up to.

I stamped my beach hut on to some watercolour card using Chipped Sapphire, adding a little red pencil for a nautical feel. I think this stamp was just a random purchase from Hobbycraft a few years ago, the sentiment is by Darkroom Door.

I added some swirly waves using Sea Bubbles by Ryn.

The ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

If you’d like to see my other project that I’m sharing on the Crafty Boots Challenge Blog today then click on the picture below.

Have a lovely day and thanks for buzzing by.

  1. I hope you are having fun at the seaside.

Fabulous card, I love the beach hut image and the foaming sea stamp is just perfect. I love the ribbon you have used, it is a great choice.
