First I want to say welcome all my new followers and a special thank you to everyone who has visited and/or left a comment over the past few days. I really appreciate you taking the time and have loved reading them. I am back with my second post of the day not quite believing just how sunny it is when, here in the UK, we have been warned that it’s going to be stormy. Having said that, the trees have begun to bend and flap a little and there are one or two black clouds on the horizon. Mr Beez has decided that if any trees are going to blow over, it’s likely to be the one right outside our house!
I’m back to share a little altered box:
This was an old Christmas card box that I’ve given a make over Halloween and I will be linking it up with the City Crafter Challenge Blog where the theme is..(can you guess?!)… pumpkins.
The box is covered with papers from The Gecko Galz Hocus Pocus collection. I love that spotty paper which has the delicious name of “Candy Corn.” Then I’ve added a fabulous pumpkin label image from The Graphics Fairy.
The top of the box is also decorated with a Graphics Fairy Image. I printed several images, reversing one of them so you can also view the box from the back. I’ve decoupaged the pumpkin and the little feet to add some extra dimension.
My original intention was to fill this with some candy corn and mellowcreme pumpkins that I picked up online. Then I decided to cut out the middle man, have the candy by my side and just sit and look at the box – that saves an awful lot of messing about! 😉
Thanks for buzzing by.
