Nature Girl

Having scraped in close to the wire yesterday for the Sunday Stampers Challenge I’m hoping to be first off the blocks for this week’s! Tomorrow, I am hitting the road, in the name of work, once again and this time it’s the high road to Scotland. It’s quite exciting to be going way of my normal patch but it’s also going to be yet another tiring escapade. Still, I’m sure it’s nothing that Haggis and deep fried Mars Bars won’t get us through!

So the theme for this week’s Sunday Stamper’s Challenge is nature and guess who I brought to the party-

Say hello to Agatha Flower by Magda Polakow, one of the designs for last month’s new releases from Stampotique. I don’t know if you agree but this incarnation of my little friend seems a little less melancholy? I would also like to share this card over at City Crafter Challenge Blog for their current challenge which is to make a card that is flat as possible so it doesn’t need extra postage! Ironically, I intend to give this card to one of our freelance staff who will be supporting myself and my colleague in Edinburgh this week.

I use Polychromos to colour all the images and added a couple of extra flowers. The little bees are from the Agatha Bee stamp.

I suppose I better get on and pack, this is not my strong suit as I’m an “everything but the kitchen sink,” type of girl. I may be a while!

Thanks for buzzing by.

  1. I love your choice of stamps. Your cards are a work of art and I am a fan. This is another handmade gem. Agatha looks great! Wishing you a safe trip to Scotland. It must be hard from to time to travel so much due to your job. And thank you so much for being with us again at CCCB!

I really appreciate it when people take time to leave a comment, thank you so much for doing so :)
