Creamy and dreamy!

To make this, I started with two images from The Graphics Fairy and layered the silhouette over the Beehive vintage label. After printing out, I popped it on top of a wooden tile, inked the edges and then gave it a couple of coats of Rock Candy clear crackle medium. I added a frame, cut using one of the new Tattered Floral dies and sand coloured cardstock.

I’ve decorated the frame with paper flowers that I inked lightly with Wild Honey distress ink – always appropriate for anything that has bees included! Then added creamy pearls and ivory buttons together with some Ideaology chit-chat stickers.

In the top corner I’ve stuck on a little bee charm and a tiny ivory seam binding bow.

To finish, I made a hanging loop and tail from ivory crochet lace.

I love this dreamy colour palette. This would make a lovely little mother’s day gift or possible a small token for the mother of the bride. As well as linking this up for Brag Monday over at The Graphics Fairy I am also going to share this over at Anything But A Card challenge blog where the theme is “inspiration.”  I am constantly inspired by all the blog challenges that I enter, by both the work of the Design Teams and the the individual entries, but the Graphics Fairy was where it all began for me and is always my first port of call when looking for an inspirational image.
